4-5 ft Golden Russet Apple Tree grafted onto dwarf root stock. Sweet and tangy. A popular choice in Europe and one of the oldest Ontario varieties. Great as a fresh snack but also ideal for pie filling and applesauce.

4-5 ft MacIntosh Apple Tree grafted onto dwarf root stock. Discovered in 1800 as a chance seedling by John McIntosh of Dundela, Ontario. Medium size with irregular round shape, its a green apple with a red splash and white, juicy flesh. Mildly tart, with sweetness as it ripens. Excellent for sauces, pies or eating fresh.
4-5 ft Ida Red Apple Tree grafted onto dwarf root stock. Cross between the Jonathan and Wagener. Medium to large with round to flat round shape. Tart; keeps its flavour when oven baked. Ideal for eating fresh or oven baking.
4-5 ft Cortland Apple Tree grafted onto dwarf root stock. A McIntosh descendant, Cortland is a cross between the Ben Davis and McIntosh. Large globular shape with red-orange stripes. Mild, sweet taste and crisp texture. Excellent for salads and fruit plates; resists browning. Good for pies and sauces.
4 ft Paper Birch. The Paper Birch (Betula papyrifera) is a moisture-loving tree that grows best in partially shady areas where the roots can keep cool. Mulch around the base of the plant to help retain soil moisture. Yellow to orange leaves provide contrast in the fall. Ontario Hardiness Zone: 2 to 7

The white oak is an adaptable tree that will grow almost anywhere. With its deep rooting system, it should not be planted close to septic tanks or drainage tiles.

The red oak needs room to grow — it can tolerate shade when it’s younger, but needs full sun as it gets older. It doesn't grow very well if it’s close to other trees.
Red Maple (Acer rubrum) is one of the faster-growing maples that needs to be planted at least 7 meters away from sidewalks, driveways, or houses due to its shallow, spreading root system. Grows in a variety of soil types but best planted in slightly acidic, moist but well-drained locations. Brilliant yellow to red foliage in the fall. Ontario Hardiness Zone: 3 to 7
